Thirty minutes.
No pitch.
We'll pressure-test where the growth decision actually sits, surface the two or three moves that matter most, and tell you honestly whether an engagement makes sense. No deck. No follow-up sequence. Every brief treated as confidential.
What teams usually ask before the call.
If your concern isn't here, the fastest way to a clear answer is a thirty-minute call.
How is this different from a strategy consultancy or a large advisory firm?+
We are deliberately small and independent. No account layer, no downstream revenue from what we recommend, no template deliverables. You get the person making the judgment, not the team resourced against your engagement.
We already have a strategy team. Why bring you in?+
Internal teams often lack the one thing a decision needs most: a counterparty with no stake in the answer. We are useful precisely when the choice is consequential and the internal debate has stalled.
Do you only work with senior leaders, or also with the teams running marketing?+
Both. Some engagements are commissioned by the owner or founder. Others are run alongside a marketing director, growth lead or manager who owns the day-to-day. What we require is a real decision to make - not a job title.
What does a typical engagement look like?+
A defined scope, 8-14 weeks, ending in a decision your team can defend. Diagnose, Design, Deploy - with support through the first phase of execution. Retained advisory continues when ongoing counsel is useful.
Remote or on-site?+
Both. Working sessions and interviews happen in person where they matter. Analysis and drafting are done remotely. We support EMEA markets.
What does it cost?+
It depends on the scope: the questions being answered, the complexity of the data and infrastructure, the number of markets and channels involved, and how much implementation support you want. Engagements are fixed-scope and fixed-fee rather than billed by the hour, so once the scope is agreed the number does not move unless the scope does.
How fast do we see something usable?+
The first defensible output lands inside three to four weeks. A signed decision, within the quarter.
